Custom Apparel · Private Label & OEEM

Your specification, not our stock

You are not buying a garment off a shelf. Fabric, GSM, colour, fit, collars, cuffs, trims, stitching, every label and every part of the packaging are specified by you and built to that specification — then checked against it before a single piece goes into bulk production.

Send the specification and we will cost it. If your target price cannot be met at that spec, we will tell you which change gets you there.

Specification Sheet

Everything on this list is yours to decide

Laid out in the order a garment is built — what it is made of, how it is put together, what goes on it, and what it ships in. If something you need is not listed, ask; the specification is agreed in writing before sampling.

Fabric & Fit

The body of the garment — what it is made from and how it sits.

  • Fabric type — combed cotton, poly blend or a mix
  • GSM / fabric weight
  • Colour and shade
  • Fit and pattern block
  • Neckline or collar
  • Cuffs and hem
  • Sleeve length

Construction

How it is assembled, and the trims that finish it.

  • Stitching detail
  • Seam construction
  • Trims and buttons
  • Zippers
  • Reinforcement
  • Finishing and pressing

Branding

Everything that carries your name on the garment.

  • Neck label
  • Woven tag and care label

Packaging

How the order arrives, in your hands and on your shelf.

  • Custom polybags
  • Custom cartons
  • Insert cards and belly bands
  • Barcode and MRP labelling
How It Works

From your brief to a signed-off bulk run

Send your specification

Product type, quantity, fabric, GSM, fit, colours and every branding detail you want. It reaches the production team, not a generic inbox.

Written quotation

A costed breakdown of exactly what you specified — fabric, GSM, trims, printing or embroidery, packaging — with the MOQ that actually applies to it.

Sample, then your approval

We develop a physical sample in 7 to 14 days. Fabric, fit and branding are reviewed and approved with you before a single garment goes into bulk.

Bulk production and export

30 to 60 days of production to the specification you signed off, then export on your Incoterm with the paperwork prepared for your destination.

Branding & Packaging

The details your customer actually sees

Private label and OEEM programmes are built around your specification sheet. We support custom labels, neck labels, hangtags, packaging, printing and embroidery — and every one of those details is reviewed and approved with you at the sampling stage, before bulk production starts.

  • Custom neck labels, woven tags and care labels
  • Hangtags, size stickers and insert cards
  • Screen printing, DTG and embroidery
  • Custom polybags, cartons and belly bands
  • Barcode and MRP labelling for your market

Fabric & GSM

The choice that sets your cost and your hand-feel

Fabric selection and GSM are the two levers that decide both the price per piece and how the garment feels after a hundred washes. Combed cotton, poly blends and mixes are all available, and heavier fabric also changes what you pay in freight weight — which is why we cost the two together rather than separately.

Tell us the market you sell into and the price you need to hit, and we will tell you which fabric and weight gets you there.

MOQ & Pricing

What actually drives your cost

Your minimum order quantity varies by product category, fabric selection and level of customisation — a fully private-label development carries more setup than a ready garment programme. Here is everything that moves the price, published so you can aim at a target from the start.

Fabric selection The single biggest lever. Combed cotton and poly blends are priced very differently.
GSM Heavier fabric costs more per metre and more in freight weight.
Product design Pattern complexity, seams and the number of sizes in the run.
Order quantity Setup is spread across the run, so unit cost falls as quantity rises.
Printing or embroidery Method, number of colours and placement all change the cost.
Packaging Custom polybags, cartons and inserts are quoted as specified.
Shipping Destination, mode and the Incoterm you choose.
Quality Control

Your specification is what gets checked

Every order passes eight checkpoints, and the approved sample is the reference the bulk run is measured against — so a change that was not signed off cannot reach you.
