MOQ, lead times, shipping terms and payment — the things that decide
whether a programme can go ahead. If yours is not here, ask directly
and we will answer in writing.
Yes — those are our three priority markets. We ship by sea and air freight, and by express courier for samples, working either with your nominated forwarder or arranging booking ourselves. We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin, and support FOB, CIF, EXW and DDP terms. Put your destination port in the form and we will quote the landed cost against the term you need.
MOQ starts from 300 pieces per design and colour for our ready garment programmes. Fully private-label developments, custom-dyed fabrics and new moulds need higher quantities because of the setup involved. The exact MOQ for your style is confirmed in writing alongside your quotation, so you are never quoted against a number we cannot hold.
Sample development typically takes 7 to 14 days. Bulk production typically takes 30 to 60 days after sample approval and advance payment. Transit time then depends on your destination and the shipping method, and the total is written into the quotation before you commit to anything.
We can supply country-of-origin labelling, fabric composition and care labelling, plus barcode and MRP labelling, together with the export paperwork your destination requires. If your programme depends on a third-party certification or a specific laboratory test report, state that in your brief and we will confirm in writing what can be arranged before you commit to an order.
Eight checkpoints: fabric quality, cutting accuracy, stitching, measurements, printing and embroidery, colour consistency, finishing and packaging. If a verified manufacturing defect is found we investigate it and resolve it under our quality assurance policy rather than asking you to absorb it.
Pricing depends on fabric and GSM, design, order quantity, printing or embroidery, packaging and shipping. Put your target price per piece in the form and we will tell you honestly whether that specification is achievable — and if it is not, which change in fabric, GSM or construction gets you to it.
We accept international bank transfers and other mutually agreed secure payment methods. The exact terms are finalised in writing before production begins, so there is no ambiguity at the point where money changes hands.
Yes. Private label and OEEM programmes are built around your specification sheet: custom neck labels and woven tags, hangtags, size stickers, care labels, custom polybags and cartons, screen printing, DTG and embroidery. Every branding detail is reviewed and approved at the sampling stage, and bulk production is not started until you have signed it off.
